Strathclyde Park Rowing Club Success
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates members of Strathclyde Park Rowing Club on its recent success at the World Rowing Masters Regatta, which was held at Lake Velence in Budapest; notes that more than 3,500 athletes from over 700 clubs attended the event, which was one of the biggest in the tournament's history; understands that the Motherwell-based club won 15 golds and was placed seventh overall in the club standings for women; recognises the hard work and dedication of all of the athletes, and wishes them well in future competitions.
