Rachel Shaw of Leslie Primary Helps the Little Princess Trust
The motion
That the Parliament commends Rachel Shaw, who attends Leslie Primary School, on recently cutting 16 inches off of her hair to donate it to the Little Princess Trust; understands that the Trust will use this to help make wigs for children and young adults with cancer or other illnesses; believes that Rachel’s kindness will go a long way in helping other children; acknowledges that she did this because she wanted to “make other people feel good and happy”, and wishes Rachel all the best.
