Aberdeen Law Project Launches SHMU Radio Show
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the launch of a new joint initiative between Station House Media Unit (SHMU) and the Aberdeen Law Project to provide a weekly talk show on legal issues, which will be broadcast on SHMU radio; understands that the show will allow members of the public to send in queries relating to housing and employment law, which will be answered by students who are part of the Aberdeen Law Project; recognises that the Project, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, is operated by University of Aberdeen law students on a voluntary basis, and acknowledges that the new partnership with SHMU will allow more people in Aberdeen to benefit from their experience and expertise.
