Edinburgh Pentlands-based Schools Win Sport Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the nine schools in the Edinburgh Pentlands constituency, Bonaly, Broomhouse, Canal View, Colinton, Currie, Dean Park, Longstone, St Joseph's RC and Woodlands primaries, on each being presented with a sportscotland School Sport Award; notes that this award scheme is a national initiative designed to encourage schools to continuously improve PE and sports opportunities by encouraging them to put pupils at the forefront of decision making and planning about these activities, and wishes the schools further sporting success.
