New Lidl Distribution Centre at Eurocentral
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Lidl on the opening of its state-of-the-art regional distribution centre at Eurocentral in Motherwell; understands that the 58,500 sq m warehouse is the company's largest in the UK and will support its current 99 stores in Scotland and the 100th, which is scheduled to open by the beginning of 2020; commends Lidl on the warehouse, which is bringing new jobs and investment to the area, and wishes Lidl continued success in Scotland.
