Scrabster Harbour Trust
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the success of Scrabster Harbour Trust with its business activities for 2018-19; notes that the Trust made a pre-tax profit rising from £1.12 million to £1.26 million, with turnover increasing by £312,000 to £3.917 million; understands that record revenues and profits are being achieved for the fifth consecutive year, and that this financial position was achieved through ferry, fishing and energy-related activities; welcomes the progress being made on redeveloping the Ola Pier, and wishes the Trust every success with safeguarding the port’s assets for future generations.
