West Lothian Stellar Awards

That the Parliament congratulates all those who won awards at West Lothian Council’s annual Stellar Education Awards; understands that the awards were given for many categories, including academic achievement, foundation apprentice of the year, STEM literacy, creative arts, numeracy, sport, health and wellbeing and community heroes; recognises the achievements of all the winners in what was it believes was a brilliant night, showcasing talent in West Lothian; congratulates Springfield Primary School and Bonnytoun Nursery in Linlithgow on receiving excellent reports from Education Scotland; understands that they both scored highly in ensuring wellbeing, equality and inclusion and pupil attainment, and believes that this is a fantastic example of excellent in-school and nursery education.
