Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club Members Selected for 2020 Olympic Sailing Team
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Luke Patience, Charlotte Dobson and Eilidh McIntyre of Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club in Rhu on their selection for the 2020 Olympic sailing team; understands that each of these sailors is already highly ranked in the world of sailing with multiple achievements and medals to their names; recognises the immense amount of effort and time invested by these individuals to reach such a level in their sport; congratulates them on this opportunity to represent their community on an important global stage, and wishes them the best as they train for and compete in the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.
