Dalkeith Country Park Funding for Accessible Pathways
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Dalkeith Country Park on receiving £49,356.23 towards an accessible path connecting the park with the High Street; understands that these funds were provided from a share of £910,000 from the Scottish Government’s Town Centre Capital Fund; considers that this is an important step towards equal accessibility for all; commends the park's efforts to increase accessibility, and hopes that similar projects are encouraged in the future.
