Mary McKee from Kilwinning Raises Over £500,000 for MND Scotland
The motion
That the Parliament recognises with admiration Mary McKee, who is from Kilwinning, on raising over £500,000 for MND Scotland over many years; appreciates that, since 1987, Mary, who began fundraising after losing family members to the condition, has raised this amount by being instrumental in organising the annual Cumbrae Cycle, which has seen her coordinate the event's more than 100 participants who cycle around the island; congratulates Mary on her dedication to this good cause; recognises that she has now decided to take a well-earned rest, and wishes Mary all the best.
