Shopping Centre Celebrates Five-star Accreditation
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates The Centre in Livingston on being awarded its first-ever quality assurance VisitScotland accreditation, with one of the highest accolades of five stars; understands that the shopping centre secured the award in recognition of its outstanding customer service and being a welcoming destination to people locally, nationally and from across the world; acknowledges that the VisitScotland award focuses on visitor experience, investing in local businesses, driving up quality and creating jobs locally, and wishes the management and staff throughout The Centre every success for the future.
