National Chaplains Week
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes National Chaplains Week and the recognition of their work across all industries; understands that NHS Grampian, along with other organisations, has at least a dozen chaplains working within its hospitals, providing spiritual, religious and pastoral care; notes that the role of a chaplain is varied, including providing support to visitors, staff and family, and recognises the importance of their work to society.
