Haddington Success at 2019 Britain in Bloom UK Finals
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes Blooming Haddington’s success at 2019’s Royal Horticultural Society Britain in Bloom UK Finals in London; notes that Haddington won the gold medal in the prestigious town category and also took first place in the Gardening in a Changing Climate category; congratulates the Blooming Haddington volunteers on their latest success; notes that these awards build on the outstanding achievements of all of East Lothian’s local community floral groups, and thanks them for their hard work helping to keep towns and villages looking beautiful.
