West Lothian College Graduation 2019
The motion
That the Parliament commends the hundreds of students who recently graduated from West Lothian College; notes the wide ranging courses offered by the college; thanks the staff, college board, students and supporters for their work in making the college such a successful and welcoming place to learn; notes the excellent achievements of so many, in particular the first special award of College Ambassador, which was presented to Donna Paterson Harvie of the charity, the Neil’s Hugs Foundation, which works extensively with the college to support students and people in the community with mental health and wellbeing support, and wishes all the students and everyone connected to the college the very best for the future.
