Irvine-based Booth Welsh Wins Top Business Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Booth Welsh, which is an Irvine-based engineering company, on winning a top business award, the Best Large Contractor, at a ceremony hosted by the SELECT trade committee; notes that this award recognises the aspirations and achievements of companies with a turnover of more than £1 million; acknowledges that the firm has transformed itself from a small technical recruitment company into a global operating giant with a 250-strong workforce over six countries; recognises the commitment and hard work required to obtain such an award, and wishes Booth Welsh continued success.
