Fiona Forbes Named Carnoustie Citizen of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Fiona Forbes on being recognised as Carnoustie Citizen of the Year; understands that the founder of the Angus Centre for Performing Arts is thought of as a second mum to generations of dancers to whom she provides as much support as she does dancing expertise; notes that Fiona has been teaching dance in the town for 24 years, and thanks her for her dedication to the wider community.
