Councillor Graham Nicol
The motion
That the Parliament notes the sad passing of the Mid Galloway and Wigtown West councillor, Graham Nicol; recognises the commitment that Graham made in serving his constituents in Wigtownshire for the last 12 years and his determination to work across all political landscapes to deliver the best outcome for the communities that he served; appreciates his commitment to his family away from politics, and offers its sympathy and condolences to Graham's wife, Ruth, and his family and friends.
