Norman Clark's 45 Years of Service at Linton Lane
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Norman Clark on his 45 years of service at the community hub of the Linton Lane Centre, including serving as its former Chair; understands that Norman joined the Centre as its Treasurer in 1974 and took up the role of Chair in the late 1990s; notes that Linton Lane, which was founded in 1926, is one of Kirkcaldy’s oldest community centres, and thanks Norman for his efforts and impressive dedication over the years.
