International Award for Karate Instructor from Dundee, Roy O'Kane
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Roy O'Kane, who is a karate instructor from Dundee, on being presented with a top honour for his promotion of the martial art; understands that Roy received the Elite Manager award from EurEThICS, which is a Brussels-based organisation that supports high-quality training, at the recent World Union of Karate-Dol Federations Championships in Denmark, and thanks Roy for all his work in promoting the sport.
