Dannika's Nail-athon for Children in Need
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the commendable fundraising endeavours of the Crossgates nail technician, Dannika Majewski; appreciates her commitment to work three consecutive 16-hour work days on the weekend of 8 to 10 November 2019, while asking customers to make a minimum £10 donation to Children in Need for their gel nails; considers that this exhausting fundraising effort will contribute to the worthy cause of assisting disadvantaged children and young people across Scotland; acknowledges the selflessness required to take on such a demanding task, and urges people in the area to book the remaining open slots to help Dannika in her goal of raising £600 for Children in Need.
