That the Parliament notes the new Investing in Communities Fund, which forms part of the Scottish Government’s Empowering Communities Programme that aims to provide multi-year funding to community organisations to help to tackle inequality; understands that one of the organisations to benefit from a share of the £11.5 million set aside for this is Home-Start Cowdenbeath (HSC); notes that it will use this award to fund its resilience project, which aims to make a tangible difference to people's lives; congratulates HSC on the hard work that it carries out, and wishes it continued success.
