West Lothian College Students Speak at National Conference
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates West Lothian College Professional Cookery students, Nathan McCrimmon and Tyler Watson, and their lecturer, Paul Devonshire, on speaking at the national conference, Enhancing the Student Experience: Enabling Attainment, in Glasgow; understands that their presentation focused on the college’s innovative Erasmus programme, through which over a hundred students take part in work placements across Europe every year, and notes that Nathan and Tyler highlighted the culinary and other skills they developed on their placements in restaurants in France in the summer.
