Pentlands Men's Shed
The motion
That the Parliament commends CALA Homes for its donation to the Pentlands Men’s Shed, which will be used to purchase a new set of common work tools for its 30 members; recognises the importance of such projects in promoting cohesive communities, encouraging better mental health and developing new skills; commends the Shed's members for working with other groups, such as the Scouts and Ravelrig RDA, which provides horse riding activities for disabled people, to help better the community, and sends them all its best wishes.
