Dumfries and Galloway Life Awards
The motion
That the Parliament notes that 8 November 2019 marked the 10th anniversary of the Dumfries and Galloway Life Awards, which took place at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries; understands that the awards, organised by DG Life, celebrate the best of community groups, charities, businesses and individuals across the region with a night of celebration, glamour and camaraderie; notes that the awards featured 22 categories ranging from community and enterprise to food, drink and culture; congratulates all those nominated for an award and all those who received one; commends the organisers for their dedication and detailed work, and wishes everyone involved further success in 2020.
