West Lothian College Recognised at Scottish Digital Business Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates West Lothian College on receiving a commendation at the recent Herald Digital Business Awards; understands that the college, in partnership with Children’s Hearings Scotland and eCom Scotland, were shortlisted for their work in helping thousands of volunteer children’s panel members improve their digital skills through an online programme; notes that the panellists sit on over 35,000 children’s hearings each year across Scotland, and acknowledges that the online training programme ensures that panel members make the most of the digital tools available to them.
