West Lothian's John Thomson Raises over £4,000 for Prostate Cancer Research
The motion
That the Parliament praises John Thomson from Livingston on raising over £4,000 for prostate cancer research; recognises that John has raised tens of thousands over the years for various charities and good causes, such as Help for Heroes, Poppyscotland, Chest and Heart Stroke Scotland and day care centres for people with dementia; understands that this latest fundraising will support research into prostate cancer and help publicise the work of charities, and commends John for all his brilliant efforts in charity work over the years.
