Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre Pedal Power
The motion
That the Parliament notes the recent fundraising efforts by staff and patrons at Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre, which raised £2,300 for charity; further notes that this consisted of cycling over 1,000 miles on stationary bikes and that the money will be split between Maggies Centre Fife and the hospice at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy; believes that this is a terrific effort for worthwhile local causes; congratulates all those involved, and wishes them every success in their future fundraising efforts.
