Fair Trade Recognition for Carol Clarke
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Carol Clarke on winning the Outstanding Achievement Award at the 2019 Scottish Fair Trade Awards; recognises that Carol has been campaigning for fair trade and trade justice for over 20 years as part of the Hamilton Fair Trade Group, the Scottish Fair Trade Forum, Justice and Peace Scotland and a myriad of other social justice organisations; notes that the annual awards are hosted by the Scottish Fair Trade Forum to recognise individuals, groups, organisations and campaigns that have had an impact on fair trade in Scotland throughout the year, and wishes Carol, and all those involved in fair trade in Scotland, well in all future endeavours.
