Laura Gray School of Dance Fundraising for Children's Cancer Ward
The motion
That the Parliament commends the young dancers from the Laura Gray School of Dance, which is based in Dalmuir, on raising £1,215 for the Schiehallion cancer ward at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow; understands that the school has raised more than £8,000 over the last 10 years from its annual end of year shows; notes that Laura, and 12 of the dancers, were invited to the hospital to present a novelty cheque and to take a tour of the hospital; thanks all those who took part in this year's and previous fundraising efforts, and wishes them continued success.
