Grant for Kirknewton Community Development Trust
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Kirknewton Community Development Trust, which has received a £30,000 grant to provide a home visit support service for older residents from the Nationwide Building Society’s Community Grant Fund; understands that Nationwide is supporting Scottish charities by making £50,000 available to causes committed to making a difference in communities across the country, and acknowledges the investment of over £20 million by Nationwide over five years to support local charities and organisations working to tackle housing issues in local communities.
