Asda Alloa
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Asda Alloa on its fundraising efforts; notes that seven members of its staff recently completed a sponsored walk that raised £700 for Forth Valley Royal Hospital and that 80 organised an event, with raffles and fundraising games, which collected £286 towards Cash for Kids; acknowledges that, as part of the quarterly Green Token Giving Programme, which is voted for by its customers and funded by the Asda Foundation, the store donated £500 to Redwell Primary School, with £200 each going to Stirling County Rugby Football Club and the charity, the Butterfly Day Centre, and commends all of the staff and customers involved with this fundraising for their extremely magnanimous and benevolent work.
