Angela Moohan, Winner at the West Lothian Chamber of Commerce Awards

That the Parliament congratulates Angela Moohan, founder and manager of The Larder Cook School on winning the Shona Sibbald Women in Business Award at the West Lothian Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards 2019; understands that the Larder is a social enterprise that uses food to change lives and build resilient communities by working directly with schools, community centres, businesses, adults and children; notes that it supports young people experiencing barriers into work in the hospitality sector, tries to get as many people in West Lothian cooking their own food and provides delicious food for customers in community cafes across West Lothian, and wishes Angela and everyone at the cook school future success in all that it does.
