Lochgelly and Lochore Co-op's £18,000 for Community Groups
The motion
That the Parliament notes the recent award of more than £18,000 to community groups by Lochgelly and Lochore Co-op; understands that this money was raised by customers throughout the year; notes that Lochgelly Gala Day received £6,111, Lochgelly Brass Band received £5,930 and Kids Come First received £6,398; welcomes the generosity of the Co-op's customers and staff; believes that this money will make a significant impact to the beneficiaries, and wishes all involved every success in the future.
