St Margaret of Scotland Hospice's Christmas Bus
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the return of the famous St Margaret of Scotland Hospice Christmas Bus, which is hitting the road in Clydebank and the surrounding area to spread festive cheer and raise much needed funds; understands that the double-decker has been kitted out with lights and decorations by a committed team of volunteers; notes that Christmas is a special time of year for the hospice and its supporters and includes its annual Light Up a Life ceremony, where crowds gather for a service and to light candles in memory of loved ones before the Christmas tree lights are switched on, and wishes everyone involved with the hospice a peaceful and enjoyable festive season.
