We Hae Meat Agrees Asda Contract
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Girvan-based butcher, We Hae Meat, on successfully developing fresh, locally-sourced and tasty alternatives to its most popular lines and in agreeing an exclusive deal to supply its skinny sliced sausage and skinny breakfast pack products to over 30 Asda stores across Scotland; acknowledges what it sees as the success of its healthier tractor-shaped sliced sausage, which is aimed at children; commends its excellent work in product development and its manufacturing processes that are designed to reduce fat and calories without compromising on flavour, and wishes We Hae Meat every success for 2020 and beyond.
