The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Robert Fowler on being appointed an MBE in the New Year’s Honours List 2020 for services to law and order; understands that he has been given the honour for his groundbreaking work as a counter-terrorism strategy liaison officer, and wishes Robert all the very best for the future.
