Award for Active Schools Fife
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Active Schools Fife on achieving the Volunteer Friendly Award; understands that the organisation has achieved this award for the way that it involves, manages and supports its volunteers; notes that Active Schools Fife had to provide evidence that it manages volunteers effectively, treats them fairly, trains and supports them in their roles, offers them the opportunity for personal development and celebrates the contribution they make to the organisation; recognises the organisation's commitment to involving volunteers in satisfying and rewarding roles, and wishes all involved the best going forward.
