Russell Galbraith, West Lothian’s New Year Baby
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Laura and Kevin Galbraith on the arrival of their new baby, Russell, who was born in St John’s Hospital on New Year’s Day; recognises that Russell, who made an unexpected arrival at 2.09 am, was the first baby born in West Lothian in 2020, and wishes the family a happy and healthy future.
