Kilwinning Dancer, Aspen Rae, Joins Swan Lake
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Aspen Rae, who is from Kilwinning, on being selected to join the cast of Ballet West’s New Year Scottish tour of Swan Lake; understands that Aspen, who is a third year student at Ballet West, will be among the cast of talented young dancers when the tour opens at Corran Halls, Oban; notes that there will be 12 performances in seven venues, including in Glasgow, Dundee and Edinburgh; commends Aspen on this outstanding achievement, and wishes her every success with her ballet career.
