2020 Marks Frank Sweeney’s 30th Year as Chief Executive of Cunninghame Housing Association
The motion
That the Parliament both recognises and congratulates Frank Sweeney on 30 years of service to Cunninghame Housing Association; notes that Frank joined the then Three Towns Housing Association as director in 1990; is aware that, since 1990, he has led the Cunninghame Housing Association’s growth from having just 65 properties to being one of Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway’s leading housing associations, with around 3,000 housing properties, 450 factored properties and the two subsidiary groups, Citrus Energy Ltd and Cunninghame Furniture Recycling Company; understands that, with an ambitious new-build development programme, the association is projecting further significant growth over the next five to 10 years, and wishes Frank and Cunninghame Housing Association continued success in the years ahead.
