Loganair Saves Celtic Connections Performance
The motion
That the Parliament praises Loganair’s decision to provide a chartered flight to ensure island children would make their Celtic Connections concert, despite inclement weather; understands that island ferries had been cancelled for a considerable period during Storm Brendan; notes that two flights, from Benbecula and Stornoway, were arranged for the 70 pupils due to perform; further notes that Sgoil Lìonacleit pupils missed performing at their Celtic Connections concert in 2019 due to poor weather, and wishes the pupils well at their concert, Dìleab: Air a’ Chuan.
