Livingston Runners Raise Funds for John Hartson Foundation
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Livingston runners, John Toal and Kevin Brownlee, on completing one marathon, two half-marathons and two Pedal for Scotland events, covering 170 miles, throughout 2019 to raise £1,371 for the John Hartson Foundation; understands that the men chose this charity after their own lives were affected by cancer; acknowledges the efforts of John and Kevin, who have raised money for different charities for 20 years, and wishes them every success with their future fundraising efforts.
