Investing in Our Future

As an amendment to motion S5M-20528 in the name of Sarah Boyack (Investing in Our Future), insert at end "by including in its forthcoming Budget for 2020-21 an increase in local authority core revenue and capital funding from the Scottish Government of at least the rate of inflation, and providing full funding in addition to this for all new and additional commitments."
