Generous Donations to Portree and Kyle of Lochalsh Lifeboat Stations
The motion
That the Parliament commends Rodger Harvey-Jamieson and his family for donating £20,000 to the Kyle of Lochalsh and Portree lifeboat station; further commends the Applecross Boat Pull Team, which donated £1,000 to each station; welcomes the generosity of these acts; acknowledges how vital donations are to the long-term operations of the RNLI and Scotland's lifeboat stations, and applauds all who contribute.
