Irvine Grandmother Celebrates 100th Birthday
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Cissie Mitchell from Irvine on celebrating her 100th birthday; understands that Cissie was surrounded by her family and friends in Fullarton Care Home to celebrate the milestone; notes that Cissie has lived in Irvine all her life and married her husband, Robert, in 1941, going on to have three children, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren; congratulates Cissie on becoming a centenarian, and wishes her many happy years to come.
