That the Parliament welcomes the news that Clydebank community groups will benefit from £1.5 million in lottery funding: notes that six will receive a total of more than £33,000 towards creating and sustaining projects in the community, including the mental health charity, Stepping Stones, which has been awarded around £10,000 to pilot a new drop-in service for people experiencing a decline in their mental wellbeing, the Melfort Avenue Sheltered Housing, which has received £4,000 to finance a range of events and activities to tackle loneliness and isolation among older residents, and Old Kilpatrick Community Council, which has been presented with £5,950 to host a series of VE Day-inspired events throughout May 2020, and congratulates all of the groups that have received funding to help continue their fantastic work in the community.
