Innerleithen Scout Group, Golden Eagle Champions
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Innerleithen Scout Group on being shortlisted for a National Youthwork Award for its hard work in becoming the UK’s first-ever Golden Eagle Champions; understands that this was through working with Scottish Natural Heritage to learn from experts and to see the iconic birds up close; believes that this demonstrates a commendable and proactive approach by the Group towards conservation, and the importance of protecting Scotland's wild creatures, and wishes all involved the best of luck in the forthcoming awards.
