Mayfield and East Houses Youth 2000 Project Receives CashBack Funding Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mayfield and East Houses Youth 2000 Project (Y2K) on receiving one of only 24 CashBack phase 5 funding awards; acknowledges Y2K’s work in Midlothian communities to provide a safe and positive environment for young people to socialise, learn and find support; acknowledges the importance of young people receiving early support, especially in relation to social preventative work; applauds Y2K’s community-centred approach towards preventative care; supports Y2K’s innovative work, and wishes everyone involved all the best in their future endeavours.
