Bankie Art Exhibition Raises Funds for Mary's Meals
The motion
That the Parliament commends the fundraising efforts of Josephine Torrance and the Faifley Art Group in Clydebank for their Little Arts of Love exhibition in aid of Mary’s Meals, which was held in the Backdoor Gallery, Clydebank: understands that the exhibition has raised enough money to feed 100 children for a whole year; notes that the sale of artwork at the exhibition raised £1,390 which will go towards meals for children in developing countries, and applauds all those who contributed and participated in the exhibition for their generosity, kindness and continued support.
