Work Gets Underway on New Health Centre in Clydebank
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the start of work on the new £19 million health centre at Queens Quay, Clydebank: understands that the three-storey facility will bring together six GP practices that will serve around 40,000 patients: notes that it will accommodate several services, including district nurses and health visitors, and social work, dental and podiatry departments; acknowledges that it is being delivered in partnership with hub West Scotland on behalf of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, and looks forward to the opening of the new centre, which it believes will deliver high-quality services and facilities for the people of Clydebank and West Dunbartonshire.
